How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed quickly and shipped via Express Courier. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days for Italy and between 2 and 6 business days for active European Union countries.

Is shipping really free?

Yes, we offer free shipping for all orders over €60 for Italy.For active countries in the European Union, the threshold for free shipping is €130.For orders below these thresholds, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied with it?

Certainly. You have 15 days from receipt of the order to request a return. The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with original tags and intact packaging.Note: Promotional items or gift cards cannot be returned.Tip: You can try on the size at home, but items used for sports activities or washed cannot be refunded.

How do I start the return process?

Write to us at assistenza@janoa.it. Once the request has been approved, we will send you detailed instructions. Please remember that we do not accept items shipped without prior authorized request.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the package until it arrives at our facility in Melzo (MI).

What happens if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please inspect your order upon receipt! If you notice any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at assistenza@janoa.it. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at our expense.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Since we select the best technical products from various specialized brands, the fit may vary depending on the manufacturer.
